"I was so relieved to find gluten-free..."
I was so relieved to find gluten-free meals that were easy to grab and actually tasted good. When you have dietary restrictions, it can feel stressful trying to find decent options, so this made me feel like I didn’t have to overthink every meal.

I’ve been happy with these meals. The calories and protein are right there, which is a lot easier than comparing labels or guessing like I usually do. "Basically the easiest weeknight dinner ever"
Freshly has been a total lifesaver after work. I can say with absolute confidence that there is nothing better than grabbing a meal from the fridge, heating it up, and being done with dinner in minutes. Some of the meals are definitely better than others, no question, but overall it saves me a ridiculous amount of time and almost all the cleanup. Easy 4 stars from me.

I wasn’t expecting the portions to be this satisfying, but most of the meals have been enough for dinner without me wandering back into the kitchen an hour later looking for snacks, and while they’re not massive or over-the-top, they feel just right and actually worth it.

The box was cold when it showed up, so I wasn’t totally sure what to expect. But the meals seemed fresh and everything looked fine. I guess it did its job, because I didn’t have any issues.

I’ve dealt with a few refunds before, so I tend to notice when the process has the usual delays or confusing steps. This one was quick, straightforward, and fair. The credit showed up like I expected, and overall it went fine.

I was surprised by how well the meals held up. I had a couple sitting in the fridge until later in the week, and they still tasted fresh when I finally got around to eating them. For the price, that makes a big difference, especially when my schedule changes and I don’t want food going to waste

"Packaged better than I expected"
My freshly box showed up in really good shape, a bit better than I was expecting. No dents, leaks, or anything strange, and the meals were still nice and cold with the ice packs still solid.
The packaging was neat and easy to open too. I was kind of expecting at least one thing to be shifted around or smashed a little, but everything stayed in place. Overall, I’m happy with how it arrived.

"Decent meals, but I feel a bit misled"
I’ve been using Freshly for a few weeks now, and the meals are good for what I pay. It’s not exactly cheap, but it’s still way less than constantly ordering takeout.

The portions work for me, and I do like that I’m not throwing away groceries like I used to. Some meals are definitely better than others, but most of them taste solid enough for quick dinners.
That said, I do feel a little misled by how good the deal seemed at first compared to what it actually ends up costing. I’m still mostly happy with the convenience and the food, but I wish the pricing had felt more upfront.

I’ve been kind of tired of dealing with new food services and all the sign-ups, menus, and subscription stuff, but ordering on freshly was painless. The site loaded quickly, the meals were easy to find, and I didn’t have to click around forever just to figure things out. Checkout was simple too, with no random glitches or confusing steps. I also liked that I could see the delivery dates and switch my meals before paying. So far, it’s been a smooth experience.

"Canceling was easy"
Not gonna lie, I was expecting canceling my Freshly plan to be more of a hassle, but it was actually straightforward. I had to click through a couple pages and answer why I was leaving, but it wasn’t anything too annoying. I was mostly relieved I didn’t have to call anyone since the whole thing could be done online. I’m only docking a star because the cancel buttons could definitely be easier to find.

Is the menu on the same rotation, or are new meals introduced periodically?

I'd like to try your offer, but have an issue: we have a nice neighborhood, but have been having problems with thieves following delivery trucks in our neighborhood and taking boxes right off of front porches and driving off (people have security cameras to record the activity). do you have any suggestions?

“You could check the UPS website for alternate drop-off sites. Some stores will accept packages from UPS, and you just go in and show your ID, sign for it, and pick it up at no charge. If you have Walgreens stores in your area, or even a UPS store nearby, that might be a safe way to receive your deliveries.”

I'm wondering how fresh the food will be due to the delivery process. i'm nervous about the meat and poultry and the distance/amount of time that it has to travel. i see you are located in arizona and i am in chicago, so i am debating if i should choose a closer food service.

Is each meal for 1 or 2 people

Can you skip weeks or is this just order when you want
